Who provides the service

The service and its limits
We provide self-guided reflection material based on BaZi, a traditional Chinese birth-chart framework. The free Snapshot is an automated introductory reading based on the Day Master, with a chart calculated under our published conventions. The public sample uses demonstration birth details. People with the same Day Master receive the same introductory interpretation.
The current free result uses a calendar library and fixed editorial text. It does not use an AI provider or individual human review. Personal development is the intended use, not a claim of a scientifically validated assessment or guaranteed results.
The service does not provide personal coaching, therapy, or professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. It cannot establish your abilities, diagnose a condition, or guarantee events. You remain responsible for your choices.
Your information and permitted use
Use your own birth information, or information you have permission to use. Check the date, time, and birthplace time zone. Inaccurate inputs, uncertain times, and different calendar conventions can change the output.
Do not misuse the forms, disrupt the service, bypass access controls, or attempt to access someone else's records or private management link. We may restrict access used for abuse. You may save or print your Snapshot and the public sample for personal reference; other site content remains the property of its respective owners.

Email and availability
You can view a Snapshot without an email address. If an email-copy option is offered, requesting a copy authorizes that service email. Optional marketing messages require separate consent. You can unsubscribe using your private management link or contact us for help.
A saved request is different from an email accepted for sending. Delivery can fail or be delayed. Launch signups save your interest and show a management link; they do not currently send a confirmation email. You can print your browser result.
We may update or temporarily interrupt the free service and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of traditional interpretations. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Payments, cancellations, and refunds
Paid orders remain closed while fulfillment is being prepared. Offers displayed on the site are one-time prices in US dollars for a Complete Blueprint report, not a subscription. Joining a notification list does not charge you, reserve a report, or create a paid order.
Campaigns and price experiments may display different offers. The amount shown before you pay is the amount charged, with no recurring subscription. You must be 18 or older to order. When paid orders open, Stripe will process card payments under the Spacetime Blueprint brand; your bank statement may show SPACETIME BLUEPRINT. Rockhammer Labs LLC remains the seller. We do not store full card details.
When orders open, Rockhammer Labs LLC will prepare and review your written report individually and publish it to your private order page within 3 business days after confirmed payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays. No live consultation or physical shipment is included. Save your private order link to check progress and access your report. The report remains accessible for 90 days after delivery.
To cancel before delivery, email [email protected] with your order number. We provide a full refund for cancellations requested before the report is delivered. If we cannot deliver within the stated timeframe, you can choose a full refund instead of waiting.
If a delivered report is incomplete, inaccessible, or contains an error, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will correct the issue at no charge or provide a refund if we cannot resolve it. Duplicate charges are refundable. We respond to refund requests within 3 business days and issue approved refunds to the original payment method; your bank controls when the credit appears. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Do not send full card details when contacting support. A free Snapshot does not include a consultation or complete report.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. These terms do not limit rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
We may update these terms as the product changes. We will show the updated date here and provide additional notice of material changes where required. Contact us if you have a question or complaint about the service.
